Back in August and September, we brought you the news of the Dodge Challenger and Charger Last Call special edition models that were being offered for the 2023 model year. To send off the generation of these fabled muscle cars, Dodge has created a collection of heritage inspired trim packages in limited numbers, but what made these cars even more unusual is the fact that they cannot be ordered by dealerships or customers. These cars are being built by Dodge on an internally-planned but publicly-unknown schedule and shipped to select dealerships around the country. With so few units being produced, prospective buyers were curious how the brand would allocate those vehicles over their dealership network.
Today, we bring you the full details on how Dodge will allocate the Last Call special edition Challengers and Chargers to dealers across the country.
Which Dealers?
As we expected, allocation of the Last Call special edition models is based on historic Challenger and Charger sales volume. The entire dealer network was ranked by how many Challengers and Chargers they have sold during an unspecified period of time and from that list, the top 500 dealerships were selected to distribute these limited edition Dodge muscle cars.

The top tier includes the top 200 dealerships (based on Challenger and Charger sales) and each of these dealerships will get 12 Last Call special edition models. That includes one of each of the following:
