New Mopar accessories are available for the 2023 ProMaster vans. Some of these can be pre-installed by the factory:
- Cargo floor (option CT1, $975-1325): anti-slip surface, integrated rails, carriage bolts, D-Ring hardware
- Crew van (option AAF, $6,495): rear bench seat for three people, which keeps the cargo area available; includes a safety partition between the seat and cargo area. The rear seat can handle under-seat loading for long items. The second row gets fixed polycarbonate windows on both sides (sliding door and fixed panel).
- Paint protection film (option XPG, $695) to protect outside paint in high usage areas.
Some options are available either as a factory order or from a dealership or the Mopar online store; these include cargo lighting strips (option LCP or part 82214239), anti-slip passenger side steps capable of 450 pounds (option MRZ, part 82214884, not for the shortest wheelbase), and D-pillar grab handles (option CSR, part 82214221).
Ram announced that, due to strong customer demand, it would unveil a battery-electric ProMaster in 2023.

After a chemo-induced break, during which he wrote car books covering Vipers, minivans, and Jeeps, he returned with Patrick Rall to create StellPower.com for daily news, and to set up MoTales for mo’ tales.
David Zatz has around 30 years of experience in covering Chrysler/Mopar news and history, and most recently wrote Century of Chrysler, a 100-year retrospective on the Chrysler marque.
