In a bizarre relaunch of the Fiat 500 in the United States, Fiat brand announced the launch of the new Fiat 500e as an aside to a press release about the creation of FIAT House, a luxury set of condos or apartments in Fort Lee, New Jersey.
The “innovative residential property,” built by UNLMTD Real Estate, is close enough to the George Washington Bridge (which goes into Manhattan) for residents to walk or bicycle across. Those outside the area may not be aware that many people do walk or bike across the bridge, which winds up at a bus-and-subway station.
The company released no information on the American version of the Fiat 500e, which has been sold in Europe for some time, and is a complete redesign of the old Fiat 500. The brand currently
