Dodge Expands Power Dollars Discount Program to Hornet

This morning, Dodge announced the latest version of the Power Dollars discount program, which now includes the 2024 Hornet, in addition to select 2023 Challenger and Charger models and all 2024 Durango models. As was the case in the past, the Power Dollars program reduces the price of applicable vehicles by $10 per horsepower, meaning that Hornets are discounted by $2,680 or $2,800 while the Durango SRT Hellcat price is cut by $7,100 by this program.

“Dodge brand total sales in the U.S. increased 16% from the first quarter to the second quarter of 2024, and we plan to continue to build on that momentum,” said Matt McAlear, Dodge brand CEO. “We know our Dodge//SRT enthusiasts crave more power and performance, and Dodge Power Dollars gives them an extra boost to join the Brotherhood of Muscle.”

As mentioned above, the current Power Dollars discount program applies to all 2024 Durango and Hornet models, along with select 2023 Challenger and Charger models. For the Challenger and Charger, this program current includes SXT, GT and R/T models, to Scat Pack and all supercharged models are not included. When Power Dollars was first introduced a few years back, it allowed buyers to save big money on the supercharged models, but as inventory levels of those premium Hemi-powered models continue to decline, there is no need for the company to discount the price. On the other hand, if you are shopping for a Challenger or Charger with the 3.6-liter V6 or the 5.7-liter V8, you can save thousands right now. On the V6 models, buyers will save between $2,920 and $3,030 while the R/T buyers will save $3,700 on the Charger and $3,750 on the Challenger.

2024 Dodge Durango SRT Hellcat

For the 2024 Dodge Durango, this Power Dollars program applies to all models – SXT, GT, Citadel with either engine, R/T, SRT 392 and SRT Hellcat – with the discount amount varying from $2,930 to $7,100. This program also applies to both 2024 Dodge Hornet models, as mentioned above.
