Stellantis’ global chief customer experience officer has resigned “for personal reasons” and is being replaced by former global corporate office and public affairs chief Olivier Bourges.
Richard Schwarzwald came to Stellantis through Fiat, which he joined in 2004 as senior vice president for quality and supplier quality for the Italian brands. He apparently left the company in 2007 to run quality for Volkswagen South America, then came back in 2016 as head of Fiat Chrysler’s Latin American quality; in 2018 he was promoted to global head of quality. Stellantis made him chief customer experience officer in January 2021, which made him part of the “Top Executive Team.”
Olivier Bourges’ post will be filled by Stellantis newcomer (arriving earlier this year) Clara Ingen-Housz. Other management posts were shuffled as well.
David Zatz started what was to become the world’s biggest, most comprehensive Mopar site in 1994 as he pursued a career in organizational research and change. After a chemo-induced break, during which he wrote car books covering Vipers, minivans, and Jeeps, he returned with Patrick Rall to create StellPower.com for daily news, and to set up MoTales for mo’ tales.
David Zatz has around 30 years of experience in covering Chrysler/Mopar news and history, and most recently wrote Century of Chrysler, a 100-year retrospective on the Chrysler marque.
