Two weeks ago, we reported on a recall including a “park outside” warning for the Pacifica PHEV, 2017-21. It now turns out that this is actually two recalls, one for the 2017-18 and one for the 2019-21 models, NHTSA references 24V536 and 24V538. Recalls are numbered sequentially, but that includes commercial and recreational vehicles and motorcycles, the three of which account for more than half of the recalls in any given week.
Other recalls include the 2018-23 BMW because the interior rear cargo rail may fly off in a crash; the 2022-24 Maserati MC20, including the Cielo, because the wrong weight capacity is on the stickers; 2024 Honda Prologues because one of the control arms can fracture, causing loss of control; and 2023-24 Ford Transits because the power steering may fail.
