Most new cars are unveiled at car shows; the first public appearance of the Wagoneer S will be at a golf tournament, the Rocket Mortgage Classic on the PGA tour. It will be held on June 250-30 at the Detroit Golf Club, and spectator tickets are available now.
The Launch Edition is to sell from $71,000, but when pricing is announced, less well-equipped models will likely be sold from just below $60,000, plus destination. The average selling price of a vehicle in the United States is currently around $49,000, according to recent statistics; very-expensive cars tend to pull the average up above the median. That said, the most popular Ford F-150 is the Lariat, which starts at around $65,000.
