Jeep has announced the changes for its 2025 Wrangler, including the 4xe.
The 392 Final Edition will continue into 2025, which is somewhat unexpected. A new paint color, named just ’41, joins the palette; it was inspired by olive-drab paint as used in the original military jeeps, which were created by American Bantam and powered by Willys motors.
As one tie to the past comes, another leaves: there will be no more mechanical rollup windows. From now on, power windows and power locks are standard.
Finally, a welcome addition for those who leave their car in open parking lots on hot days: an optional, phone-based active ventilation system which can vent your car on command.

David Zatz started what was to become the world’s biggest Mopar site (Allpar) in 1994. After a chemo-induced 2007-2010 break, during which he wrote car books covering Vipers, minivans, and Jeeps, he returned with Patrick Rall to create StellPower.com for daily news, and to set up MoTales for mo’ tales (Chrysler history and “permanent” car and truck pages). He most recently wrote Century of Chrysler, a 100-year retrospective on the marque.
