Jeep is working with the team of Nena Barlow and Teralin Petereit for the fifth consecutive year; forming Team Strictly Business (#129), they will try to once again gain the overall and bone stock titles, which they have won in three of the last four years. Petereit has made the podium every year she has competed.

A new team for Jeep is Team Fun•Duh•Mentals (#101); but both members of the team (auto writer Lyn Woodward and real estate pro Renée Vento) have run in numerous Rebelle Rallies already. Their primary sponsor is Pennzoil.
The Rebelle Rally is the longest off-road rally competition in the United States, with 1,500 miles of rugged terrain. Jeep has won the title for three of the last four years. Both Jeep teams will run stock Gladiator Mojave pickups.

David Zatz started what was to become the world’s biggest Mopar site (Allpar) in 1994. After a chemo-induced 2007-2010 break, during which he wrote car books covering Vipers, minivans, and Jeeps, he returned with Patrick Rall to create StellPower.com for daily news, and to set up MoTales for mo’ tales (Chrysler history and “permanent” car and truck pages). He most recently wrote Century of Chrysler, a 100-year retrospective on the marque.
