STLA rehires exec, shuffles leaders

Stellantis has brought back Francesco Ciancia from Mercedes, where he helped revamp manufacturing; he will be Stellantis’ Global Head of Manufacturing starting on November 1, replacing Arnaud Deboeuf, who is leaving the company.

  • Emanuele Cappellano is adding Head of Enlarged Europe and European Brands to his domain, adding to his Stellantis Pro One leadership and replacing his leadership of South America.
  • Jean-Philippe Imparato is moving from head of Europe to leading Maserati, and working under Cappellano at “Stellantis & You.”
  • Herland Zola is being promoted from commercial operations in South America to head of South America.
  • Samir Cherfan is joining the senior leadership team as head of Middle East & Africa, and Micromobility.
  • Grégoire Olivier is adding Asia-Pacific to his leadership of China, and joining the senior leadership team.
  • Philippe de Roviera, former head of Asia-Pacific, Middle East, and Africa, is leaving Stellantis.
