2025 Ram 1500 Limited Night Edition: Sporty Look, Premium Power

Earlier this week, I traveled to Austin, Texas to drive the 2025 Ram 1500 lineup. We cannot share any driving impressions until next week, but we can share images. We saw the 2025 Ram 1500 in a wide variety of trim levels—the Tradesman, Big Horn/Long Horn, Laramie, Limited Longhorn, Limited, Tungsten, and Rebel, with differing options among the trim levels. One of the trucks was a Limited with the Night Edition package, the first time we have seen this on the 2025 model year trucks.

The Night Edition package is available on the Tradesman, Big Horn/Lone Star, Laramie, and Limited; the 2025 Ram 1500 Limited caught my eye thanks to the combination of the dark metallic red paint and the black trim. The Night Edition package includes monotone paint (select colors) with body-colored bumpers, door handles and mirror caps, black badging, a black grille surround, dark headlight bezels and black wheels, which measure 22 inches for the premium Limited models.

The 2025 Ram 1500 Limited Night Edition comes with all of the usual Limited features and whatever options are added by the buyer, as well. While this is a premium trim level, the black wheels, badging and trim with the monotone paint create a sporty look. Since the 2025 Ram 1500 Limited comes with the high-output 3.0-liter Hurricane I6 with 540 horsepower and 521 lb-ft of torque, it is among the most powerful half-ton trucks on the market – bolstering the sport truck feel.

I will have plenty to say about the 2025 Ram 1500 next week, but for now, enjoy this first look at the Limited Night Edition.
