New Dodge Charger Daytona to Debut on March 5

A brand spokesperson has confirmed that the next generation Dodge Charger Daytona will debut on March 5. No further information has been offered as to where the debut will take place, but we know that we only have to wait a little more than a month to get the first real details on the battery-powered next generation Dodge Charger.

Preproduction Next Generation Dodge Charger

News of the March 5th debut of the upcoming Dodge Charger Daytona battery electric vehicle was first reported by Automotive News, based on comments by Dodge brand Senior Vice President Matt McAlear at the J.D. Power Auto Summit in Las Vegas. McAlear made other comments on the Charger about how this BEV was not designed to be the most efficient electric vehicle, instead using the latest EV technology to introduce “the next generation of muscle.”

2025 Dodge Charger Daytona ”spy shot” (reveal)

It does not come as a huge surprise that the Dodge Charger Daytona – which will likely arrive for the 2025 model year – will debut in just over a month. When the company shared spy shots last month which left very little to the imagination, we expected that the new Charger would soon be formally introduced. With more than a month until that debut, perhaps we will see more teaser images of the two-door EV, but if nothing else, we will have the first real details on the next generation Dodge Charger Daytona very soon.
