Rajoielle Register has been hired away from Sysco to run marketing in North America for the former Mopar brands and for Alfa Romeo. As a senior vice president, she will run marketing, social and digital media, web sites, analytics, and paid media operations.
Before joining Sysco she rose through Ford to head battery electric vehicle marketing and global branding; she also worked in product development, sales, service, and engineering. She has a BS in mechanical engineering from Michigan Technological University, an MS in Engineering Management from Wayne State, and an MBA from Duke University; she began her career in engineering, then moved to marketing. Her career at both Ford and Sysco included extending the brands into new “white space” where people had not considered the brands before. (Some additions via the discussion at Allpar.)
David Zatz started what was to become the world’s biggest, most comprehensive Mopar site in 1994 as he pursued a career in organizational research and change. After a chemo-induced break, during which he wrote car books covering Vipers, minivans, and Jeeps, he returned with Patrick Rall to create StellPower.com for daily news, and to set up MoTales for mo’ tales.
David Zatz has around 30 years of experience in covering Chrysler/Mopar news and history, and most recently wrote Century of Chrysler, a 100-year retrospective on the Chrysler marque.
