SEMA 2025: The Dude Ram 1500 Concept

The Dude Concept that will debut at next week’s SEMA Show in the Las Vegas Convention Center is a modern take on the sport trim package from the 1970s. That classic Dodge Ram D150 was arguably one of the first factory performance street truck packages and this new concept from the Ram Trucks brand is a pretty badass tribute to the original.

The Dude Concept is based on a 2026 Ram 1500 Big Horn, powered by the 5.7-liter Hemi. That 395-horsepower V8 is fitted with a Mopar cold air intake system and a unique side-exit exhaust that vents just in front of both rear tires.

The most significant collection of modifications and custom cues of The Dude Concept comes on the outside, starting with the Sublime Green exterior paint with satin black stripes that are similar to those found on the truck from the 70s – showcasing The Dude name. There is more satin black trim on the hood, grille, mirrors, roof and tailgate.

Speaking of the grille, this Ram 1500 Big Horn features the front fascia design from the current Ram Tungsten, but while the Tungsten is a luxury package with a bit of chrome – this front fascia has gotten a far sportier redesign. The fog light bezels and central grille opening are satin black and a custom chin spoiler extends the front end for a more aggressive face.

The unique chin spoiler of The Dude Concept is paired with a set of side skirts that continued the tucked-to-the-ground look, with the help of a dropped suspension setup. While this truck sits lower than a stock Ram 1500 Big Horn, it isnt slammed, leading plenty of room for the satin black 22×10-inch wheels.

On the inside, The Dude Concept wears custom Alea leather seating surfaces (front and rear) in black with bright green stitching, with a matching black-and-green center console cover. On the right side of the dashboard is a custom instrument panel badge with The Dude logo in bright green. The cabin upgrades are completed with an in-console safe, an accessory rail on the top of the dashboard and all-weather floormats.
